Josh  and  Amanda  have  over  a  combined  fifteen  years  of  professional  massage  therapy work under their belts.    Together  they've compiled some of their most favorite  techniques  and created a fun and approachable workshop to teach you how to incorporate massage  into your life.   They believe the power of touch is often overlooked and sometimes perhaps even forgotten in our fast paced, technologically driven world.

Amanda's chosen modalities range from myofascial release to pre & post pregnancy massage to proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).  Her touch was honed while working side by side with local Chiropractor, Dr Jessica Chan, in the South Loop.  After becoming certified in pre & post pregnancy massage, she relished  the opportunity to practice massage within this small niche market at CocoonCare in River North, while she herself was carrying Josh and her's first child.  The experience and knowledge gained during this time period was priceless.  Amanda is also Level II Reiki certified.

We are so incredibly excited to have this opportunity to share with you what we have found to be the bedrock of a healthy, loving and trustworthy relationship.
